一個沒人注意到的善意，或堅持。
A quiet kindness, or a quiet persistence, that no one noticed.
每天早上把整條街的垃圾桶推回去的人。記得每個熟客名字的店員。每週去醫院，陪一位不認識的老人說話的人。一件小事，做了很多年。
The person who wheels every bin on the street back in each morning. The shop clerk who remembers every regular's name. The volunteer who visits a stranger in hospital every week. One small thing, done for years.
每週，我們去見其中一位。一張肖像、兩分鐘他自己的聲音、不到六百字。不是名人，也不是英雄，是一直都在、卻很少被說謝謝的人。
Each week we meet one of them. One portrait, two minutes in their own voice, fewer than six hundred words. Not a celebrity, not a hero. Someone who is always there, and rarely thanked.

第一位被看見的人，將在 2027 年 1 月發表。之後每週一篇。
The first portrait will be published in January 2027, then one every week.

我們用 AI 工具協助轉錄、翻譯、排版和寫初稿。但每一張臉、每一個聲音、每一句話都是真的，我們不生成、也不修改。
We use AI tools for transcription, translation, layout and first drafts. Every face, voice and quote is real; we never generate or alter them.

發表前，受訪者會讀到全文，可以修改，也可以拒絕。
Before publishing, the person reads the full piece and can change or decline it.

Ask us to take it down and it is gone everywhere within 24 hours. No reason needed.

每位受訪者會收到一張印好的「窗卡」，上面是他的肖像和他說的一句話；另有一份謝禮，或由我們捐給他指定的對象。
Every person receives a printed window card with their portrait and their own words, plus a thank-you gift or a donation to a cause they choose.
提名Nominate
提名別人，不提名自己。
Nominate someone else. Never yourself.
這是唯一的規則。被看見這件事，從來不是自己能給自己的。我們會先問被提名者本人願不願意；願意，才開始。
如果你願意，也可以由你親自訪問他。我們會給你一份簡單的訪談指南，用手機就能錄；之後的轉錄、寫作和排版交給我們，最後由他本人確認。
That is the only rule. Being seen is not something you can give yourself. We always ask the nominated person first, and only go ahead if they say yes.
If you like, you can do the interview yourself. We send a short guide and you record on your phone; we handle transcription, writing and layout, and they approve the final piece.

Cultural spaces, workshops, independent bookshops, community nonprofits, second-generation family businesses. The work is good; it just hasn't been told well. Studio income keeps Seen Ones free.
